AMP Insights recently completed a socio-economic analysis of EPA investments aimed at improving water quality in four priority watersheds in the Great Lakes Basin as part of a program evaluation effort undertaken by the Great Lakes Commission, contracted to the EPA.

AMP Insights provided economics input as part of an international consultant team for the Mekong Rover Commission’s (MRC) Initiative on Sustainable Hydropower project developing a report: Guidelines for Multipurpose Evaluation of Hydropower Projects.

Work in the Verde River watershed of central Arizona began in 2014 with a feasibility study for a groundwater mitigation program to mitigate for the impacts of groundwater pumping on Verde River flows.  After two years of extensive analysis, stakeholder input and program design, the Verde River Exchange was launched in 2016.
