  • We help non-profits, foundations and corporations develop, design, fund and implement impactful water stewardship activities that fit their mission and support positive environmental and socioeconomic outcomes.

  • Deploying economic methods and models, we help clients make informed decisions on natural resources, ecosystem services and the communities and economies with which they interact.

  • From the impact of water quality investments on farmer behavior, to return on investment for founders of conservation and restoration, our understanding of socioeconomic and environmental dynamics informs our comprehensive approach to socioeconomic impact assessments.

  • The crux of water and natural resources issues can often be communicating complex analyses to help a diverse set of stakeholders and partners engage in productive and meaningful ways. We help clients succeed through creative infographics, elegant design, presentations and clear, concise writing.

  • Water and watershed management, restoration, and engagement require time and money. Fluent helps clients navigate complicated public and private funding sources to find the best fit and craft successful applications. We also support clients engaging with impact investing and other innovative and emerging financing and funding mechanisms.
